let me know if you have any questions, I know this conversion pretty well. You'll need to drill the rear to mount the brackets, btw, and it would be nice to cap or weld up the various holes left under there.
edit - and I have two sets of fogs. frenchies and regular clear ones, if you still need.Comment

I am gearing up for a 24v swap. I have herd a lot of people say just do the S5X. Its a lot of jun and cheaper and not anywhere near as complicated. Then I see that some say " I wish i would have done the S54." And the S54 has more power and is my absolute favorite BMW engine to date.
I would like to see if anyone in the norcal area has a S54 or a S5X that i can ride in, not drive unless you offer. Just so I can compare the two. People have told me this will help me decide between the two.
So far right now I am leaning to the S54.Float like a cadillac sting like a Bimmer!:)

Can you save the clear one for me? Wanna make sure the valance arrives here unbent and whatnot fist. Yea I was reading up on the DIy and looks like I need to buy some plastic caps and or misc stuff. Unfortunately the rear bumper isnt in the prettiest shape either.
Anybody have a metal shop that can straighten my bumper out?
