Anyone have solid motor mounts on here? Love/hate? For a dd with s50 swap

I have solid mounts on my m20.. they tell me exactly how bad the idle misfire is, but even out decently above 1500 RPM, so hardly noticeable at any nonzero speed.

i just pulled them off my eta and sold them to a friend. and put rubber on. unless you are tracking your car there is 0 reason to have them on a street car.

It's actually pretty quiet on the freeway. I can feel the vibrations at stop signs, though. If you want something in the middle, get AKG 75D polys

You say this, but you give absolutely no evidence to support what you're saying. At least give me a reason as to why they are bad on a dd.

i DD the eta, the shake and noise at near idle was deafening. the plus side is a faster shift when pulling hard G's when tracking. also helps keep everything in place under hard breaking and acceleration. which in a DD car you arent really doing. it will piss off your date more than any positive as a DD.
i had really hard ones from condor on my car. the softer AKGs might be a lot better
