Yes indeed. I will probably sell my e30 and get one. My current e30 needs too much work to be how I want it. I need to start with a cleaner example.

only 15 extra torques in exchange for 3x the maintenance expense, significant bottom end fragility, twice the VANOS issues, harmonic balancer fragility, 1.7x the purchase price of an s52 coupe.

it's just a dumb decision. I like the s54 motor, but it's not worth the additional issues. The S52 is rock solid for what it is, and mine makes 360hp.

I would love to. I could always put my e30 up for sale. I'm sure I could fetch a decent amount with the extras I have on it. Worst part is the paint. What work has been done to it the eta, and how much would you want? Pm me ;)

I like m coupes for the look. I'm not huge into speed/hp because it will just get me into trouble, so that doesn't matter to me as much as the condition.
