there are some issues with doing it in an e36 cause the head's relatively huge. specifically, the steering rack and AC compressor gave us a little trouble.

I'm not a fan of the drop the subframe method. I still prefer a good old cherry picker. (Even when I did my E36).Comment

I'd love to help, another person with no swap knowledge, but I would love to be an extra pair of helping hands
I need shoulder surgery and also I have to do a swap. Anyone wanna get together on a weekend, drink a few beers and swap an s50?
I'll be working in Campbell, between los gatos and san jose.
I can't do much heavy lifting because of my shoulder, so I'm using my friends shop and I'm going to do the swap with a lift and pull it out from the bottom. should be super easy.
if anyone wants to help, I'd really appreciate it

Extremely good deal there though
Cousin bought a POS clapped out Estoril m3 for $3k and ended up spending close to double that to just fix all the issuesComment

I like my e36 m3/4/5. It's still nice and drives better than ever at 232k miles. And looks pretty good too. A great DD.world renown Harry Potter expert

May be looking at selling my wheels before I go off to college just due to the fact that otherwise they'd be sitting around in my room while my car is in storage the first year... If anyone is interested PM me and I'll give you the spiel on specs and such.Comment

Not a bad deal here even after getting them fixed. Love the ways these look on e30's.
