Updates: M42 is slowww. I also can't get all the air out of the cooling system. Runs hot. Woes. However I did replace the mess under the intake, intake mani seals, vc gaskets, and intake boot. Runs good aside from being on the hot side of the temp gauge.
Looking for hood and driver side fender for my 325i if anyone has extras to sell me.

I had the same overheating problem with my e36. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it to bleed all the air out of the system. I believe it has to do with the expansion tank sitting so low (aka at the level of the radiator). A trick my friend showed me was to undo the top radiator hose and fill as much of the cooling system as you can into the radiator. Then go about bleeding it. The m20 style expansion tank/position is much more user friendly for this application...which may be a reason why the euro e36 m3's use a similar style setup.Updates: M42 is slowww.
