    Well it sounds like this job in Burbank is going to work out. Flying out there next week or the following but they have basically offered me a job pending I can move abit sooner than I anticipated.

                      look into the soutbay areas or if you love the heat the SFV/SGV
                      I got it pretty lucky and pay 800 a month for a front house w/ my own driveway that fits 3 cars. However im in the la strip ( harbor gateways ) so its a tad hood down my block.
