Oh I have good speeding stories, they just involve a AC Schnitzer 730i and the Autobahn, and Switzerland.

My insurance rates have never been affected by my (numerous) speeding infractions.

I've driven this car. It's as awesome as it looks. Great car, great guy. My cloth interior is actually out of this car, and he did my S52 swap for me. Amazing work. My ZHP has been sitting in his shop in Calgary for about a month now.

Seriously Chris WTF lol.... How does that work out? I haven't had a speeding ticket since I sold the STi, and I dunno how long ago that was. They don't stay on your record forever though. Speeding ticket stories though, lol... How about just plain harassment from cop stories.. I have a few of those

Not from the insurance perspective. My company quit caring 3yrs later.

Yeah, I don't really care about my record with the cops, it comes down to insurance, and they stopped caring after like 2 or 3 years

My record's squeaky clean right now, and it's cause I remembered that I got each speeding ticket reduced... Got lucky on some of em... Like getting clocked at 71 in a 55..... slowing down from 130

My record will be clean as far as the 3 year theory goes in January. So stoked.

3 years is when you get your points back.

My insurance rates haven't ever changed except dropping when I was 21, 23, and 25. And at each of those points I had at least 6 points missing from my license due to speeding.

I know they wipe the slate clean at 18 for traffic violations, do they do that at 21, 23, 25? What insurance company do you have? What kind of coverage

They being the state or the insurance companies? Because the state definitely does not.

for minor offenses (not passing a school bus on red) they sure do. My insurance didn't even know I had gotten a ticket at 16 after I turned 18 (I'm assuming by looking at the state database), nor does the state.
