Personally I prefer BMW club autocross events over scca since you get far more track time. There are significantly higher concentrations of douchetard mcjackasses who just leased their first 335i and are thus superior to everyone ever, but the vast majority of members are chill. Moderately higher price with double or more track time make their events utter win. Plus you get lunch included. Ignore the douchebaggery and posing and just enjoy yourself.

Or, if you're like me and enjoy pissing people off, bring a slow non-turbo non-bmw to their events and beat half of the people when PAX is factored in. That shuts up the "bro, you can't touch this, it's got two turboaz and six cylinders and is german" idiots.
