posted in JY thread, but I figured i'd post here, since this may not be JY specific, anyone have or know of an E32 being parted out? I need CV axles and possibly diff drive flanges.

Of all the special edition (non-track) M3's, I think this one would be pretty cool. It would want to make it track worthy of course.

That CF roof with M stripes is pure sex. But the "frozen" black paint makes it look cheap imo.

what's the cost delta over the regular M3? Is it worth the extra stickers and carbon fiber?

You shouldn't even have to ask that question. Of course it's not worth it unless you want a very rare edition BMW. They are just milking the M3 because they can.

Def not worth it. You could take that premium and put it into performance upgrades and not have to worry about your paint getting scratched every time you breath on it.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

Also, I never though E36 bits would look so good on an E30. Really digging the mirrors and skirts. I think the lines of the sedan works better for them, but hmmm. Wonder how hard that is to do.

I think proper E36 M3 mirrors would look great, but those ebay knockoffs are wretched. There was an E30 M3 floating around years ago, estoril blue, black interior, with the proper E36 M3 (they were actually E30 M3 DTM) mirrors. They also put the "E36 M3 Mirrors" on the 850CSi as well.

I'm not in love with the mirrors as much as the skirts, but I think they look good. The skirts work really well with the sedan. I doubt they would look as good on a coupe.
