How can someone own a house that big and be so terrible at writing? Apostrophes are not fucking difficult to understand. A little bit of me dies every time I see that-- Buyers is not possessive of the word Only (nor does it mean 'serious buyer is only'), and should not have an apostrophe. Unless the seller's a fucking idiot. Note the apostrophe abbreviating 'seller is.'

Also, it's a 7 series, which means electrical issues out the ass.
