So I decided to tackle a power steering leak...

Whats the point of deleting the PS? Is it just for weight reduction or wat:?:

1. get rid of the power steering leak
2. free up a couple horsepower
3. take about 30 lbs out of the front end
4. de-clutter the engine bay
5. become a Man.

less leak=more awesome
more room to muck around engine=more awesome
less load on crank pulley=more powaaah (more awesome)
less weight=more awesome

Technically it doesn't improve steering feel / response or anything like that though? You basically lose 30 lbs and can't turn the car going under 5mph?

you can turn the car at a standstill. draining the rack really does make a huge difference. And it does improve steering feedback under hard cornering.

in a nutshell, power steering is for sissies. ;)

No problem. I have premium fronts and rears sitting here, a box from Luke, a sub and amp.... and I have no idea how to make it all work lol
