remember my "how real men remove bushings" thread? Well thats whats happening to my car. along with a COMPLETE brake overhaul, as in complete sandblasting, painting, re-greasing, new pads, rotors, and fluid. And also new Guibo.

Yeah. My car's good to go right now I guess.... After the last inspection though, the guy said my seats probably need to be replaced since they're old and kinda... worn (mechanically). I'd really like to get my SS lines in and remove my A/C and cruise control before the driving school. But if I don't, it's not the end of the world. I just am unsure if the seats will be ok.

I may be VERY down.... Things are suddenly in motion and I really wanna get the AC yanked and the cruise yanked before the BMW school... SS lines and rebuild my calipers would be sweet, but I'd have to know soon so I can order the kits from Bimmerworld.. Text me, I'm gonna leave now to go check and see if I can't get the A/C drained

i have a sand blaster you can use if you want to make your calipers shiny silver instead of dirt and rust brown.

If you do the SS lines, let me know how those "center-rearish" ones go. I've had UUC lines forever I just have been too lazy to put them on because it doesn't look fun.

Thats my AC compressor bracket. You will have to stack washers on existing bolts to tighten the bolts back into the block, because those bolts help hold the timing chain cover on.
