Like that one a lot, sans the M-stripes and badge on the grill. Neat car, neat-er interior.

Nice clean example from looking at photos. Seats get stained too easy had some of those. Stripes in the eyes of beholder.

93 Vert Triple Black but damn has a fishy story. Has a factory Hardtop too $5500 Has a roof rack as well.

Great shape, no rust and 64,000 original miles! I'm the 3rd owner (second owner was my father until January of last year).
              History:
Original owner was from NYC and car was there for 1year when the owner was arrested for running a diamond smuggling operation (no joke). Car was confiscated, given a new vin and sold at auction to a friend of the family. I have the original vin and all of the panels match, but the title has a non bmw vin (clear unblemished title).
My parents owned the car from '95 (under 10,000 miles) on and drove it from May-October, the. It was stored for the winter. I have meticulous records of work done since they/I have owned it.
Timing belt broke in August of 2012 due to old age. I spent over 3,000 having the head refreshed, timing belt, water pump and all tired ancillaries on the engine replaced as necessary.
New tires, battery, alternator, front struts, steering rack and stainless Ireland Engineering knock off cat back exhaust. Will need new brakes soon, and I will replace soon if I have the time/an still driving the car.
Has a factory fiberglass hard top in great shape, though the saggy headliner was removed.
Original soft top is in rough shape, and needs an electric motor repair kit (google it. It's a common failure). Could also use rear shocks.
Selling because I have a 3 year old and even though he and I love the car, I'm sick of loading him in the back seat of it, and the wife doesn't love that it has no airbag or roof for him.

Not looking for trades, except maybe a wrx wagon, or something similar.
Thank you for looking, and please contact me with any questions.

Looks like OEM rack on factory hardtop? Very cool.

                      Get your shark here!

79 635csi according to seller. Not familiar enough with m30's but thought that looks like a 2.8 intake. Mostly I'm wrong.

Grey Market import for only 7.9K

Up for sale is my 1979 BMW 635csi, Euro Version. VIN#5546816. 211,518 miles. 5 speed, not the original dogleg, but the traditional 5 speed pattern.
Very nice driver with no rust. Mechanically sound. New Dunlop Tires with vintage restored 16" BBS RA wheels by Aardvarc Racing in CA. Many new parts including Optima Battery, Alternator, Ignition wires, Plugs, Coil, shift knob and much more. I have receipts for everything (Over $3500).
Runs awesome! Very solid, no squeeks, rattles, shimmy or shake. No leaks or smoke. Must see and drive.
Out of state buyer's please note that CT does not issue Tiles for vehicles over 30 years old. I will supply a CT DMV Bill of Sale/Assignment of Ownership Form. Mechanics inspection welcome at buyer's expense.
                      Known issues:
                      • Gas tank leaks if filled more than 1/2 tank.
                      • Wipers not working. Motor works, may need spacers to hold assembly(see photos).
Just bought a project car, so this needs to go.
                      $7900 or BEST OFFER

^Looks a lot like the one I worked on when I first started spinning wrenches in Danbury, CT, '97-'98ish. Sooo wanted to buy it back then, but couldn't scrape together the cash. I really wonder if it's the same car...

^ I'm wondering if the buyer knows what he/she has...even with rebuilt title, in this market, one may be able to fetch more.

The car is a disaster, after doing a once over most would walk away. It's been for sale for 1.5 years.
