The plastic ring is there to assist in install of boot. Supposed to use the ring to pull it into the car and also keeps the groove from getting crushed. Just throw it away after install.

Picking up an M20 from Brad for my Eta.

Anybody have first hand experience with SPEC clutch kits? Looking for something stronger than stock Sachs stuff. My boss says Sachs makes and HD, and Race kit as well so i'm looking into that as well. Just curious what other aftermarket clutch kits/flywheels you guys are running on Track Duty M20's?

Avoid Spec kits. I installed one in an '06 GTO. After a month the throw out bearing was noisy and the pilot bearing had seized, making it impossible to get into 1st or reverse at a stop. I have also heard things about the rivets that hold the lining to the clutch disc shearing.

Did i mark this well enough for removing my steering wheel? replacing some things and dont want to mess up my steering angle.

Also whats a good air wrench? Im getting sick of hand cranking my lug nuts off every time i go to do suspension work.

I need to do some minor adjustments. It hangs just a little too low. Not terribly too loud either. I was expecting much more noise. :D

Hmmmm inspires me to remove magnaflow.. I got it clamped on for that reason :)
