I averaged 31.5MPG OBC indicated cruising the HWY over a 13 mile course. Not bad :) I reset it once I was up to speed though.

M50 in the e34 is the easiest to work on. So much room

I agree, E34 M50 cars are good dailys. I've had an E34 540i and they are fun, but holy Christ, couldn't drive it anywhere at 14 mpg. Sure loved doing 4th gear rolling burnouts though

With that said, people practically give away E36 M50 cars, so I think it would be easier to find one of those.
