Definetly not lol I'm pretty sure it's the center link causing the problem, if that doesn't fix it I will probably be parting out the car. Steering boxes are way to much fucking money!

An e39 for 2k?

Yeah it's a steal 99 540i in beautiful shape, 163k on it. Long story short, the owners on jail and having his friend, my coworker sell all his cars to support his wife.

I guess he has something with an "m" on it hiding in the garage as well. Apparently it won't start because they pulled the stereo???

I'm getting more info on that later this week.

Here's the e39, I'm going to take it for a spin tonight and check it out

Talked to my coworker a litte more from whAt he described sounds like possibly e39 m5(wich would explain the m5 wheels on the 540 I'm looking at) if they can figure out the code shit and get it running it will not be sold, if they can't get it running it will be sold.

I've looked into it after lots of googling I did find one pic a while back ago but the car had an egay kit and looked like shit.

I'm going to be running dual singles on my e30.(like 323 e21)

Only if they can't get it to run, that's the 1 of 6 cars the guy wants to keep. The rest of the cars are crap I know there is a pt cruiser and a blown up mk4 vr6 Jetta for sale as well

Nope, all I know is the owner tried to replace the stereo and now it won't start, my coworker said the car acts like it has no battery at all.
