That was before this happened. That was from a high idle and sitting in drive

I know that was before you went Tokyo drift but it still was sounding like a knock as well as high idle.

Well I have read that extra strain on the torque converter can cause a "knock"

Worn parts in the transmission can cause additional wear on the thrust bearing. This will cause a knocking sound.

there are several motors floating around right now, might wanna start looking just in case. but you should give me your front valance and might as well throw in the rear:)

5toes/cells/etc, don't take this the wrong way because I really am not trying to be a douche...but I don't think you were destined to own an E30. Go find a nice Neon or Lumina to beat up for a while.

How does it drive? You shouldn't take Off the water pump and other stuff until you for sure know where it's coming from. Take the valve cover off and check those rockers.
