Drop the subframe with a jack underneath. Would be much easier.

HAHA! I lol'ed. I fuckin' love me some Popeyes. If I die an early death, they'll probably find chicken in my stomach contents and know I died a happy man.

Austin, dropping the car did a big improvement. everything is flushed but one upper corner and im willing to bet the $30 in my pocket and beer that once I bolt it up, it'll all be flushed.

I'm by myself so, I can't tell if it becomes flushed when I lift the transmission.

It's flush now, I record when I lift the transmission and gave it one last push and it was nice and touching the engine block.

I'm bolting it up tonight and than its onto the driveshaft and than engine harness shit. so happy thanks guys.

                  Edit:

Austin had Popeyes, I decided on Pizza Hut

Hahah. I had to part the 'vert out on jackstands in case I had other things going on where I needed the lift, but it's really nice to have around!

Will definitely be doing the M30 swap on the lift though :)

The lift is my Dad's. It's his RV repair shop, but I can use it when I have projects of my own to work on (M90 swap, parts car, etc.) Next door is the cylinder head shop. It's the slow months right now, or you'd typically find me in there working on something.
