Twelvizm what did you use to paint the trim on your DB's? Just normal paint or do they make white trim paint thats more durable or something?

That is just regular automotive paint. It was a dealer option back in the day

Hey 5toes: I assume you mean your blower and power mirrors aren't working? Was it always like that or is it new? Do you have power windows? Do they work?

And I think I read somewhere you have been playing around with your tranny, right? Did you end up getting it fixed? I ask because if your blower and power mirrors have quit working, I think you should look to be sure the wires on the starter are hooked up properly. When I first got my e30 way back when, my blower and mirrors weren't working and after chasing that around forever, it ended up being the connections at the starter. Check it out.

Yeah my mirrors and windows and blower motor worked fine before. The fuse isnt blown either. However the starter isnt hooked up right now.. so it cant ground out. Which I guess could be the source of the problem, hahaha

This reminds me, my power mirrors have never worked, everything else does. Is there a fuse just for mirrors or another easy possible fix that I could check? I've never really had to adjust them, but the option would be nice!

Don't follow. We took out the little assembly and cleaned the contacts to no avail. Just haven't taken it any farther than that, I don't particularly miss it, but if there is some simple thing that kills them and I could try, I'd give it a shot.
