Well they are controlled by a relay. the k7 relay. Not sure if they have their own fuse

Fuse 19 handles aux cooling fan, interior lights, and power mirrors. Relay K7 handles even more than that. If any of those things work, it's wiring or the switch. Turn the ignition on and check for voltage at the connector. If you have voltage, then it's either the switch/adjuster or down-line wiring to the mirrors.

What's the aux cooling fan? My interior lights don't work in any consistent way, but occasionally one of them will switch on, just not in line with the doors or anything. Worth checking that fuse though, thanks!

Your interior lights likely don't work because the switch on the door is worn out. Speaking of which, does anybody have a writeup on how to replace those little things?

That's the "push" fan in front of the radiator that kicks on when a little cooling help is needed. Typically it will run when it's hot out and the car is idling for a while or when the AC is on.

Ah. I know that that's working, but since my radiator is all fab'ed up, I have no idea from where it's operating exactly.

I really need to get that working, but the engine fan has been working just fine even when it was above 80 out this past weekend.

Depends on how you wired it but the ls1 ecu can control the aux fan and you can program it to whatever temp you want.

Oh, I guess I should have guessed that it was hooked up to the new ECU.

I'm not worried about the fan though, just would like to get down to the mysteries of my mirrors.

I can think of a couple better ways to reduce weight.
