So, I had the wtf moment of the day. So some you may know I own a Honda repair shop, just for a little background to the story. So, I had this guy come into my shop today because his passenger side window wasn't working. He asked me to come out into the parking lot to show me his handy work because he decided to replace the regulator and motor himself. He was showing what he had done, he decided to do his own diagnosis and didn't come up with anything. I was listening and was giving him my full attention. Afterward I asked if the car had been into our shop, got his info and that's that.
Well, I didn't know his was wife was dropping off another car and was talking to my dad (I work with my dad btw). I guess she was having a similar problem on a different vehicle. She had asked if the vehicle was going to be pulled inside because of the shitty weather and the window wont roll up. My dad made a very light hearted joke about how the guys don't really like working in the parking lot. Nothing offensive at all. They both left and then all hell broke loose.
The guy comes flying into the parking, came in lobby and was just verbally harassing me, call us disrespectful this, unprofessional that and whole bunch other bullshit. I was trying to calm him down and try to get some sort understanding but, it just didn't make any sense. People can be fucking retarded, I kept my cool and I tried to make him happy but, there was no making him happy. I stood there in utter confusion thinking, wtf just happened.
