Welp, I stand corrected. I must have been looking at preproduction pictures or something. Ah well, HDMI will get you better audio, but miniplug will be fine :)

It has now been confirmed by the website ifixit that the cable included with the Nexus 7 tablet is a USB-HDMI so I stand corrected by Google doing something right.

Pretty sure there isn't one. But since Android has USB Host Controller enabled, you can hook up a flash drive to it. Or a USB-powered rocket launcher.

Cool, now to sell my tf101, i just dont know about the size difference. 10in is pretty hard to get over.

I've got an iPad (10"), Touchpad (10"), Playbook (7"), and Xyboard (8") that I toggle between (except for the Playbook, what a POS) and 7/8 is by a huge margin the best. You can type with both thumbs when using it in portrait, still small enough to comfortably use two handed in landscape, big enough to see/use even though not a 10, and pretty light to boot.

The 10" ones just feel silly after using a 7/8 for long enough
