Speaking of P/S deletes. I'm going to make my own using bulk hose and recycled Banjo fittings instead of buying the CSS delete. Anyone done this? If it's not worth my time i'll just spend the 35.00 + shipping.

^ Precisely. It's my 300.00 Project/Track car so I don't really car about Daily Driveability. The car won't be driven all the time, and mostly on the track at Open Drift events.
It was my first E30.. the most hated flat brown e30 to ever hit the PNW. lol I would've kept it longer (P/S), but Justin needed some P/S components so I hooked him up, so here I am.clutchCTRL!Move with a purpose.- 1991 325iX 4dr/5spd- 1976 2002 SlickTop/2.7i M20/G260- 2000 323i AT2016 Mazda CX3 Sport AWD

Until then I think ill at least order a new hose and washer and see if that helps. I think most of the leak is coming from the bottom of the reservoir and not from the pump itself.

How many of you know how to actually de-power a steering rack? FYI, simply looping the lines or put a delete block is NOT doing it propery. De-powering a rack PROPERLY is an involved process that requires disassembly of the rack. There are hydralic seals and shit in there that need to be removed/mpdified. Do some god damn research you fucking nOOb.-Andy
