God damn paintball has gotten even more expensive. Looked at the equivalent marker to the one I had new. And its like 1200$ wtf.

Yeah, I never played xpsl or psp but I did practice with naughty dogs and femme fatales quite a bit in the 08 season.

I usually swear by my sft shockers tho. Lol

Do you know jimmy Hickey?? Did you play at BGP? I played for Shooters Inc, and NURV as well. we were always down in albany with the dogs after BGP went down. I never liked shockers ever, they were better for throwing then shooting imo haha. I was an ego guy, then shot a Droid because NURV, and then shoot a bob long Closer for Notorious.

It's gotten more serious too, the funny part is the gun we mention above (sft shocker $100) is essentially the exact same thing as a "Luxe" which costs around 1250 for the O.L.E.D version with a standard anno.

Hybrid was the shit back then. I got rid of all my setup.. I really want to di a custom killed Viking/Merlin.. Now that smart parts is no more all of those parts are avail again.

I had a shoebox, single trigger with the pneumatic air feed in the elbow.
And Jesus man that is one hell of an old school setup! Lvl 10, x valve , you can put your finger in the breach and fire away! Lol not even painful.. Just pressure.
I was always a dye ultra-lite guy, friggin back are spendy though! That deadly winds is a quiet barrel on the inline poppet valve guns.

Still have an ANS Gen-X 3 autococker, custom built Phantom Pump w/ matching annodized 3oz tank, and a fully electric ANS Gen-X 4 electric autococker with smartparts barrel inserts. I miss paintball so much, used to do a lot of tournaments in Portland as a kid and in Seattle in college.
