i bought some stuff from a guy that had them on his 2002, they didnt look to bad i guess, but for 400 more you can get real borbet type A, or for the same price XXR, also cheap but atleast there are some people around who would be able to tell you the quality of them

I love "real" wheels as much as knock-offs, i beat the living piss out of the xxr's i run. Auto-x, track, year long driving (snow, road chemicals, etc) and they hold up fine for a "cheap" wheel.

Not a bad deal but your right. 16x7.5 is too skinny. I bet they carry more sizes but when you select our cars their computer lists only that one.

People hate on "fake" wheels. When people say fake I ask... what's fake? They are round, hold air, etc..

There are wheels out there people call "real" like Borbet and such but they are still pressure cast like xxr and both carry the DOT rating. You see all the posts with cars trashed due to issues with "fake" wheels. Well let me tell you that if you drive like a jackass and run into crap with your poked out wheels, shits gonna break whether its cast in europe, china, or whatever.

I say check them out and see what they look like in person.

Looks like melted down aluminum cans to me. You got to watch out, there's a lot of cheap wheels made of the bottom of the barrel metal.

The point isn't if I can get Borbet A for $400 more. Does anybody have any proof that these are crap? Or run them before. I don't really care to much about the name because I'll just throw a roundel on the center cap.
