What was wrong with the car? What did you fix to make the value increase by $1500? for you to charge that much more some would expect you to have put another 5K into the car.

Cars are not investments. It just dosn't work like that...

Do you even know how business works? Do you get mad at stores even though theyre selling you products for a higher price than they paid for them? Sure this car went downhill w/ its current owner, but cars certainly can be investments.

This car would have been a good investment had it not been broken and the new owners reputation ruined so early on... Maybe... I still question the logic in buying / selling a $9k E30 thats still got an M20 in it and isn't a collectable Alpina or Hartge car. It's a very awesome car, I just don't honestly believe that there is a big market (bigger than 2 or 3 people) who can and would realistically pay that much for an E30 that isn't an M3... As cool as the car is, buying it to make a profit was a big gamble, and now we see how that has turned out.

Funny too because I had a deposit for 9800 bucks and returned it thinking I could get 10.5k. lol Im learning tho and now I am willing to take a loss.
