Nice! So one chip runs the two windows...does that mean that both windows will function together or will you be able to for example lower the left window and leave the right one up?IG: deniso_nsi Leave me feedback here

I would definately be down for a kit. That would be a godsend for those of us with convertibles. Holding down those four buttons for the 10 seconds or so it takes is pretty annoying.

When I say it will work two windows, it will work them individually. It will just be all programmed into one chip. Thus you'll need one chip for a 2-door and two chips for a 4-door or cabrio.
Right now, we're going to make the prototype with the e30 switches. The two-stage e36 ones should follow soon after I get switches to test.Originally posted by Grueliusand i do not know what bugg brakes are.Comment

I just have my e30 ones right now. I think Scott sent out some 1 touch ones today.
We're hopefully going to work out the program for the chip on a test board at PSU's EE lab soon. At that point we just need to send the 'map' of the chip to a company to get one made for the prototype.Originally posted by Grueliusand i do not know what bugg brakes are.Comment
