I've been busy.

I've called him and asked him twice to post here, does not seem very concerned although he did say he was working on it.

I'm fucking tired of playing both sides of this. I've already talked to him three times about it.

Nope, It was transferd from Williamsport police to the police in his area. Just waiting to hear back from them. Im not sure whats going on yet.

I never got a refund from him. I spoke with the cops about it and they said the police in his area was slacking. So I sold what parts was good to another forum member for the same price I paid for the whole bumper.
All in all I lost maybe 15.00

Yes, it worked out better that way. A forum member contacted me with an offer and I took it.
