    E39 Fuel Rail Question

Just wanted to get confirmation before I pull the trigger on anything.
I've read on here that the e39 fuel rail is an option for running an integrated FPR on the S52/other 24v swaps, while retaining the fuel rail beauty cover and hiding the fuel lines in the rear of the car. Unfortunately, I can't find any for sale in the US. I did find some available on UK/EU Ebay, and I'm thinking of buying since I'm gonna be overseas this winter.
Can I use any e39 fuel rail, with the hoses located next to the FPR? Is there a specific year I need to look for? I'm seeing some from 1997-2000 E39, with PN #13531436468
    Looks like this:

Yes, that is the same setup I have on my car. All the e39 fuel rails are the same from what I understand.

Is it any different from the s52 rail, other than the FPR? And does it take any modification to fit?
