I work at a moderate pace. In all honesty I'm behind schedule because of the weather. I've had most of small stuff from accumulating motor parts. (I did buy a shitty s50b30 us and then bought a s52) But as far as the obd1 parts. They were part of the package deal I got on the motor for koole30. Pretty much all the obd1 parts was on the motor.
Still quite of few stuff missing but pretty sure when koole30 sees it in person he'll buy the necessary stuff that it needs to get her too drivable conditions (hoses and what not).
Good news is, I put the wiring harness on and got the intake manifold ready to slap on. Just got to toss the motor in. Hopefully I could find a late model e30 manual transmission brace so we could mount the transmission. I guess for now I'll let it be support with my jack when I toss it in.

Connected most coolant lines. Actually need to have koole30 buy e36 radiator hoses as the motor did not come with them (given). Have some of you used stock e30 radiator hoses?
Anyways, I finished customized the e30 power steering lines, custom made a bracket for the power steering reservoir as there was none on the motor mount. Also spent a very long time trying to get most of the gunk out of the coolant lines and coolant reservoir as the prior engine was overheated. Actually currently working on the wiring harness adapter. Should be done by tonight.
Anyone local have a late model e30 manual transmission brace for sale?

Finished making koole30's wiring adapter. Looks x10 better than mine sadly enough.
Tested it on my car. Works great, exact replica of mine from my car. Used a easy wrap to wrap the wires. Removed all unused pins and wires.

Why didnt you wire the E30 C101 into the harness so it is direct plug and play? The pins are cheap at the dealer and you can buy the pin tool at radio shack.
Just and FYI for your next swap.
You mean this pin tool?
I will eventually one day buy the pins from the dealer. Is 61-13-1-376-191 the actual part number?

Alright quick update.
I got the motor and transmission bolted up, got the driveshaft and midpipes on o2 sensor in place, basically everything for the car to run except coolant related parts (radiator/hoses).
I tried to get it started but to no avail. I have power to the dme, power to the ignition coil plug when the key is turned to the on position but I am not getting spark. Tried to get the spark plug to spark but couldn't (grounded the thread portion of the spark plug and place the spark plug in orientation as if it was in a car) and still no spark.
Things already checked:
506 DME works, tried it on my s52 e30.
CPS sensor reads at 550 ohms.
Made sure all grounds were making contact since the engine bay was painted
Power to DME through dme plug pin #56 at 11.9 volts
No power when cranking the motor to fuel pump connectors
No spark
Wiring adapter works as I checked it on my car
Spark plugs brand new
Coil plug boots in great condition
Sprayed starter fluid to try to see if it was fuel related but no go
Anyone else got any ideas?

For your icv humming when the ignition is off, I believe one of your three relays are on the wrong plug. Try switching them around. When my car made that humming noise for the first time, I switched the relays. But man, I don't know where to look anymore.

Guess no one wants to give a crack at it?
I have a theory. If my dme is getting power, and my plugs to the coils are getting 12v when the ignition is on, yet I'm not getting spark... Could it be that the harmonic dampner that is on koole30's car be from a non-vanos car? Is there really a difference between the teeth count on the harmonic dampner?
