    Them louvers.

    The fender louvers originated with the GTP/LeMans cars and others with that body type. They releived a high pressure area under the body from the tires acting as an air dam. That caused lift on a downforce car. There is a similar type thing on the Euro sedans on the rear quarters. If you really like them, be sure and get one of those wings that stands up about a foot to go with it.

              VERY NICE Alex! How much do those things flare out over stock? Did a shop just weld on more steel onto the existing flare?

                can we get a more accurate render of what the final product will look like? the render looks more like an e30 with bmp fenders then the massive undertaking youve got planned.

                        Thanks. They stick out quite a bit. Those ties are 285s. There were several things that he did. They aren't done yet.

                        I was thinking about going Avusblau, but that may end up being too expensive if I have to get the door jambs painted. I'll probably stay with Royalblau or may try Mauritusblau. Will see.
