Angle grinder + cutoff blade. Make two "access" rectangles in the underside of the DB that are a little wider than the shock mount, and about 2" deep. Assuming you marked where the shocks were attached to the bumper correctly you will be able to still thread the bolts in. At most I got two in.. with a stubby ratcheting wrench. Major PITA.
