who can tell me what means ET35??? whill that fit my car?

    Comment

That's the offset of the wheel. And you'd need spacers to fit that wheel to your car properly. It will also have to have the correct centerbore.

the centre bore (the hole in the middle) is a bit bigger, but they fit perfectly in the rear, but i didnot try to put them in the front, anyway what size spacers will i need???

these are ENZO wheels 7J 15' ET35 front
        and 7.25J 15' ET35 rear...

I'm looking at some rims 15 x 7 et30 and wan't to run 225/50's I've read one person said it SHOULD be ok but before I spend the money (I don't want spacers) I would like a second opinion. I'm running tokico struts and springs. Thanks

            et 30

You are taking a risk here...esp w/ frts. I run et 27 on 15/7 w/ 225/50 and I amthisclosetomyfrtstruttubes! You may also be close to your rear inner fender area.....it could work...but its a risk.

I love sitting down and just driving!

Thanks. It looks like you are more lowered than I will be though so not sure about the inner fender on the rear. Worst case scenario on fronts is I can grind the perch alittle bit to make room. My guess it might rub under hard cornering. Any other opinions?

It wouldn't hit the perch, it would hit the strut tube itself, and you don't want to be grinding that down...

DOH! Sorry new to e30's so it will be definetly be below the perch but might hit the tube and why can't I cut into that :jk:

Well I hope I don't need spacers. If so though atleast only the 5mm ones. Thanks

There's nothing wrong with spacers (besides the cost).

Ehh its added weight 0.001lbs and it makes the wheels more likely to be unbalanced. Plus puts more load on the wheel bearing and lug nuts. I know not much difference but this will be a semi-track car and the little things add up.

I agree to the pt I prefer to not run spacers on a track car....just one less thing to worry about but yet Im ok w/ K1 "rings". I agree w/ what you say
but many many Porsche cars...race cars..... use spacers. Maybe you should consider another wheel???????

And if you are going to track...consider using studs.

Thought about getting a different rim but no mos deniro(sp) no money, and i'm getting a fairly good deal on these. Unless someone else has a lightweight 15x7 or wider rim they want to sell? Definetly going studs. Makes it easier to put back on also.
