I'm going to be running M-System II's on my car, plan is for M50tu+turbo so I'm gonna want all the tire in there I can get. Already have r-compound tires for the car, M-systems will be streets.
Not only is it the best idea, but for M50NV it is just about the only idea. Im gonna get it tuned at a buddies shop who has done it before, should be able to get it damn near perfect for a couple hundred bucks

You don't need anything bigger under 300hp, you won't get any crazy wheel spin

Idk if that picture worked, linked it from my email, here it is again. Its e28 m5 clutch with good life left that I have been running with my m50 for the past year. I guess all the clutch kicking was to much for it. My buddy has another clutch he said I can snatch.

Build is coming along great so far. Ill get pics up tonight

So I have this large wastegate that has a big 4 flange flange that bolts it up to my manifold. The spring diameter is 51mm(ish) and it seems to have been cut short so its only 4 coils tall. There are traces of green paint on it. Anyone have any information about what i should do. the only springs that large I could find are like 4 inches tall, mine is about 2.5 inches tall. I just dont wanna boost more then my stock headgasket can take for now. What would you niggas do?

So this is the wastegate Im working with

You think any 40mm spring would be good? Im just scared to run whatever spring is in there now and blow up my motor

i wouldnt be combing different brand springs with different brand wg bc each wg is designed differently. however that lower exhaust bend the crushed ones will cause some unnecessary back pressure

Yeah most likely gonna buy a whole new wastegate, not worth the risk. Also plan on redoing everything from the downpipe back.

the wg is like the last line of defense against over boosting.

the lower the boost level the larger the wg your going to need.

Fully shaved the bay. Waiting for AWII paint for the respray. Motor is still out. I need to source 42lbs injectors and some other misc parts and gauges. Im getting excited.
