okay two weeks now. Just bought an Eta for $300. But i did however bend the oil cooler lines, to fit a 3in. outlet at 90 degrees or maybe even to a 75 degree bend. or 4 in with 90 degree. But doesn't more degreed bends tend to loose a lot of power? Guees ill find out sooner or later.

alright bummed some metal from work made a mounting bracket. sorry no pics :/ ordered blow off valve and intercooler this morning. need to make more holes in bracket to mount charger. still need 42 lbs injectors and a wide band a/f ratio, oh and a belt to finish it off. One more thing, dont get summit racing boost gauge, for $15.73 the mount is garbage :/ oh well made it work.

okay so ifinally had some time to drill the last four holes. Everything is fitting 3/8 which is pretty cool. ill finish it up tonight and start cutting out the flange. One more thing. got the blow off valve on with many modifications to the snap ring lol. if it doesnt work ill just buy a better more rally car like one.

so since i haven't been on in a while i should update you guys. So i got a new boss at the shop and now i wont get paid till this up coming Friday. but when it happens ill get a good chunk of change plus i get a raise that Friday too. So when it comes up i will be getting Bosch "green giants" 42 lbs injectors and a wide band gauge. i also would hope to get a 3in MAF housing, if any one has one that would be nice. then i need to get a piece of rope and measure the belt length. install inter cooler and piping and burn out of every stop light. Haha on the second hand I got a Kamei font lip restored from Kamotors a Pfeba rear spoiler from Luis. Also put in the new oil pan into the 85 eta. thank got for rally skid plates i would have to be doing a second oil pan by now lol

                    few very important things.

                    1) Hope you measured everything first to see if everything will fit in the engine bay

                    2) That metal your using for a mount and SC outlet looks very very thin.... be careful.

also what crank pulley are you going to use? you need to spin it at least 2x the crank speed or you will only make 3-4 PSI approx with the OEM M50 crank pulley

everything is measured. might have some trouble with getting ducting around the oil cooler lines. The metal i used is from a mulch kit on a commercial scag mower so its pretty tough. but its just the prototype mount. i have a CNC friend who is going to make me a new bracket and flange after i see everything works out properly. so it would be on there for only a little while.

So friday i was expecting this huge check. but no ha. so i have no clue when i can get my injectors or the wide band gauge and the new MAF housing. :/ so sorry if im dissapointing you guys with this. Also, went to a good fab shop and they could not cut me a three in hole in the flange. i guess ill just have to take a small drill bit on the press and slowly cut out those holes. Get them welded and be another step closer.

this is what i have done in the last week. Made the flange sealed it off with JB weld so nothing can leak. Other pics are coming. Mocked everything up and out of the 90* boot ill have to weld a 3x1.25 in section to a 2.5x6 in section so i can fit the piping next to the oil cooler lines. Now my flange piping was to large and i had to cut off about two inches to make it fit. well while in doing that the oil cooler lines that I already moved over to the outside right, i have had to move them back to the stock area closer to the headers and then some bending. might have to pick n' pull some new ones :/But yeah. ill be doing the radiator, inter-cooler, pulley stuff this weekend. might even have to drive the E :(. Oh well Fuel injectors, 3 in MAF and a belt are next on my list :)

'ssssssssssssssssssscuz meh 3.5 in MAF fo boooooooost :) here are a few more pics.
JB weld to cover the nasty welds and seal it off better... hopefully...

had to cut off that two in to fit better.

as you can see the blower still hits the Oil cooler lines (OCL) i moved them back to the stock area then some bent the lines harshly, so i might have to go with a steel braided flexy line. I have searched some forums about the fittings but everyone gets all confused and gives out wrong info. Anyone has the knowledge about the fittings BUMP for answers :)

That would be a pretty cool deal man. Only problem, depends on what blower you get. Now if you got an Eaton 207018 or "m45" i might be able to help you real easy. But if not, im gonna have to get a lot of specs from you. Go for a c230 blower they are cute (:
