I would suggest picking up the book, Engine Management Advanced Tuning by Greg Banish as a starting place. As someone else suggested, you need to learn what changing each parameter does individually and how that individual change can affect the system as a whole.

There is a lot to learn with tuning engines and each one is different. Please don't make the mistake of thinking that someones elses tune will work perfectly on your car or you will end up breaking things.

    Good luck.

Oh yeah, I'm well aware of this. That's why I'm being such a bitch about it. I want to know how now!!!! I could be driving this thing if I knew how to tune.
Thanks on the book suggestion. Going there now...

Interested in how you're doing this.

I've been slowly piecing together an M90 on my M50B25TU. Your manifold is good looking and I think I may copy that. However, I can't use the ports from my M50 one since it's plastic. :(

I feel like I've seen intake manifold flanges for m5xs. Good luck!

I'm still working on getting the final parts together. I just need injectors and a wideband o2 sensor. Then it'll be time to get it in my car and tune. I'm also smack in the middle of the winter spending freeze. I apologize for the delay. If anyone knows of a steal on some injectors, please let me know.

I have a set of 24# injectors. I know that would be cutting it close, but could it work for 8ish lbs of boost? If I'm really easy on it? Idk...

Been reading. It looks as if I can do the 24#ers if I'm under 8psi or so.

I haven't given much thought to clutches. What are you guys running? Drivability is top priority. Not a racecar at all.

I do admit that I am a complete redneck when it comes to shop cleanliness. It's embarrassing, and I continue to trip over shit and lose things, but refuse to clean. It's a sickness? I hope it is...

I got over the redneck shop thing this year. Wasted 1/2 my time looking for stuff- bought a nice pegboard at lowes and toolbox and everything is good to go now.

It is either on the pegboard, or in the toolbox. Those are the only places these bastards are allowed to live.

Looking forward to some burnout vids, brah.

The fact that a m90 is bolted to a m20 makes up for everything
