So what is the consensus on brass vs OEM steel?

MM is out of stock. FCP is showing the 45m plugs (11111714712) as $5.19/ea for genuine BMW or $1.59 for Febi. Ireland Engineering is $20/set, which I assume is Febi. BMW of South Atlanta has them for $4.71/ea.

They say brass won't corrode like steel, although the factory plugs will last a long time as long as you don't run too much water in your cooling system.

I ended up using brass ones from here https://goodson.com/products/freeze-...39790538752062 Cheaper than oem. And Vibra-TITE 550 to seal them

I just got a set of 11 from BMW of South Atlanta. If you don't know, they sell a TON online, which puts them in a better pricing tier from BMW, which means significant savings for customers. Some dealerships will price match, but I've also had several refuse because the margins aren't there.
