Everything. When I was trying to figure out the wiring for the starter the icv would vibrate as should and i could hear the ecu, but now that the starter is hooked up I'm hearing nothing which makes me believe there is a different electrical problem now.Comment

You need to make sure your getting fuel. If you've been cranking and cranking take a plug out and see if you can smell fuel on the end of the plug, if so your fuel is fine. Next take a plug out and put it on your valve cover with the plug connected see if you have spark. You have to have both those to start. If you have neither, check the air gap on your crank position sensorMR2/Camaro Strut DIY

To check if you have fuel. Jump the fuel relay ( that turns both pumps on ) take off the return fuel line. If fuel is pumping out fast then the pumps are fine.
Its possible your main relay is bad.
Still never found out what year your car is and what year harness your using.Comment

A problem with the ICV won't make the car not start. It will make it idle funny, but it will start.Comment
