284 cam too much for a 2.5L M20?

      Perhaps. Generally I have a tab open to a couple forums so when shop programs are loading, browse and chat in the meantime. Many of the builds here have owners that don't care to advertise what they have. Our YouTube videos are taken by owners, or at owners' request.

          You do realize there is no such thing as “real HP” either its a mathematical number based off torque. Its very clear your just blowing smoke. You will never know how much power your making off of just making a pass unless you are using a virtual dyno with a lap tap riding shot gun. Or a the good ol ass dyno

                True. Didn't intend to imply it was meaningless, but rather calculated HP numbers are skewed when using drag racing. The numbers won't correlate to what the engine actually makes if taken at the wheels and/or crank. Just like a dyno, it can show improvements. Guess I'm getting hung up on chasing one and two HP here and there to stay within a rule-set, the dyno is perfect for this - as well as quickly nailing MBT.
