Bolt on adjustable FPR

I agree pull the lines off when it reads zero. If a decent amount comes out then it will pressurise really fast. If not much comes out then I think there is an issue.

Yes, the lines and rail stay filled. I pulled the rail and injectors last night and it was still completely full of fuel (it holds quite a bit!). Fuel pressurizes to 3 bar with one key turn (pumps prime for 2 seconds I believe). Sounds normal then.

That one doesn't bolt on to the stock fuel rail, it has to be remotely mounted.

It replaces the oem directly into the rail.

For giggles, try a fuel volume test at the stock pump outlet. Should be about 15sec to fill a 1ltr container. Anything less and your pump is bleeding back.

I had a similar issue with my E34. REplaced everything you did and still would get pressure loss after sitting, causing a long start. I ended up putting a one-way valve in the fuel supply line right at the pump and it fixed the problem. I used this one with the appropriate barbs on each end:

There is also an OE part that works from one of the other models.

If you still get issues after installing a check valve then atleast it helps you isolate the pump as an issue and you can focus on downstream causes

By any chance, can you smell fuel in the engine bay after an hour? Just for the sake of sharing, I used a light wipe of silicone grease on my injector O-rings where they connect to the fuel rail to help them seal. If your injectors are leaking from there it might not hurt to try that.

I don't have any smell of fuel anywhere, ever.

I had my injectors tested over the weekend. They took them up to 100psi and they didn't leak a drop. So we can rule that out.
