I just finished installing Jakes kit, it took me about 3 days to work out all the bugs, but i had never done anything like this before so somebody with a little bit of experience could probably do it much faster. Jake was awesome answering all my questions and walking me through the process, he always got back to me and we even shared a few laughs during the build. Here is my build thread, its not very in-depth but it does show some of the work i put into my E30 Adams E30 thread

The car is amazing to drive now, its so fast i have a hard time driving it in the city and not getting carried away, before i know it I'm going way too fast. Ive previously owned a wrx and a 2.5 rs and this is way faster than both of them. currently on a e36 steering rack, uhmw subframe bushings, h&r/billys. This car handles amazingly and goes like hell! Jakes kit came with absolutely everything i needed and nothing i didn't. there was no modifying to do to parts on the kit, and no oil leaks! The reason i didn't put all the parts together myself because I'm just not that knowledgeable about what parts go where or how to find the right ones, jakes kit took those headaches out of the equation, i didn't have to buy parts i didn't need or were the wrong fit, and i didn't have to worry about blowing up the motor trying to tune it or damaging something by pushing it too hard. With the plug in chip i was confident when i started it for the first time that everything would work properly. AND IT DID!
now when I'm having a stressful day a smile is only 2nd gear away.

A continuous line of drool has followed me around since this thread was posted. I'm going to need to sell a hell of a lot of tees to make this happen!

Will you sell parts of the kit?
I'm interested in piping for everything, injectors, oil feed/return. No chip or anything as I'm going standalone. Can you also make the manifold suit a GT2554? Or is that too difficult. Obviously would need adjustments to the price

I will sell just parts of the kit. I really have no idea how another turbo would fit. I assume it would be pretty close. If you have dimensions and pictures of the gt2554 I can determine if it would fit.

It's more the flange on the manifold that's the difficult bit, the i/c piping is pretty easily modified.
Also, RHD downpipe, have you made one for someone yet? Or would it just be easier to have one made here?

Would be easiest to have a downpipe made there.

What size flange is on the gt2554? If that's the main difference then I am sure I can make it.

                                It's a T2 flange. Found this.

Should be the same flange as GT28, which will be good cause if I run out of power on the GT25 it's an easy step up.
