Connected the obd2 port and nothing. The ECM won't turn on. There's power on the harness. And relays.
Relays are clicking. There's power to all the fuses. I checked power on the coil switch and there's power there. But even with the ignition on the obd2 port should work. What am I doing wrong for the computer to not get power

I don't have a pinout in front of me, but basically, you should be able to pull the connector off the ECM, then turn on the key and see +12V at the pins specified in the pinout.
If not, follow those wires until you find something wrong.
There should also be a "keep alive" hot at all times +12V wire for the ECM to use to retain idle learn settings and fuel trims. If this isn't supplied, the computer may not turn on correctly when the key is turned on.Comment

Hold on.. what PCM is that? 97/98 F-Body?
The harness needs a 411 or 896 PCM (99+ LS1) since the pinouts are completely different.Alpine White 1989 E30 Coupe - LS1/T56Comment

It's an 01 fbody computer
And the motor is a 98 ls1
I bought the computer when I thought the motor was a 2001. But then found out Po lied to me.
But I found out that the 2000-2001 are better to have on these motors
