not just normal cup holders, they're drilled out for ltw performance!!!111

i was trying to defend this for the longest time but this is getting rediculus.... i too can build a budget beater if i break down my costs to 50$ for half the piston im going to order, and i will pay for 8 halves of each piston! and then pay for half a rod 8 times, and i will pay for my crank in 1/3's! my suspension, well if i was going to do it again... i would pay for 1 coil at a time, and a bushing at a time. i would buy my engine management system one wire at a time and fuse by fuse... honestly...

Yup, and you can buy your tires sidewall first, and then the tread, and melt 'em together for FUH RAZE performance.

          Keep it slideways!!

I recently saw a dyno graph of an M42 with nearly 180k on it.

It dynoed a grand total of 4 RWHP lower than this cheesedick's M20.

That car is so beat to hell that this "project" has become a running joke.

                UPDATE: pics of stripped interior...

Hey guys, here are the pics of the stripped interior. still gotta get the new fan in and the 200 cell cat + magnaflow resonator soon before i can get the dyno. I'll post it ASAP once i have gotten the dyno. main thing holding me up is the clearance on the fan. I will have to run it as a pusher style fan instead of a puller b/c clearance on the backside just isn't that much. anyways here are the pics.

P.S. Lexan door panels and other components coming soon as well

                  Congratulations.

You now have a stripped out POS that is undriveable on the street, not legal for any autox class that an m20 e30 would be remotely competitive in, and still fucking slow on an actual road course. El cheapo non-FIA ebay seats, harnesses and no rollbar.

                  Awesome.

You need to do what SCC did with that Sentra a few years back.

Yeah, what the hell is the point of this car? It's going to suck ass to drive on the street and you just outclassed yourself for almost everything except drag racing, lol.

But the first time he brakes hard, that self installed harness is either going submarine him or eject him out the windsheild so we won't have to listen to this much longer.

Yea, the knockoff harnesses mounted to those anchor points with no ASM is a nice touch.

Now, I'll admit that I currently have this same general setup, albeit with the proper schroths and ASM. I am going to 6 points however.

Yeah a 4 point is really just asking for some nasty injuries.

The way I understand it is as follows.

If you have a racing harness you need a racing seat because stock seats aren't designed to work with racing harnesses. And due to the fact that racing seats aren't designed to protect the driver in the same way, stock seats are, you then need a roll cage. And now you have a roll cage, you also need a helmet because nothing says fur raze like a nasty head wound from taking a corner too fast.

It's a long slippery slope. But of course this car has about as much chance of being allowed on a track as I have of being allowed back into the US.

If you knock out the pass thru from the trunk, another 14oz of weight savings...In your world that's 5 rwhp.. Also rear seat belts, rear deck cover, OBC, there is surplus weight everywhere...
Remove impact bars from inside of doors!!!
                                Use Aluminum bolts for harnesses!!!

PS...what is all that shit on the floor behind the seats? Part of the uber-secret under development cornering shrapnel kit?
