My steering knuckle. 12/88 production date late model car but no airbag
The car has a stock steering rack with no powersteering.
I would like to do a e36 rack swap down the road.
Is this the correct steering guibo? Purchased from Ireland engineering

seriously just bolt the 2 halves of the linkage directly together. Easiest solution, and best of all its free!

        NO thank you, yikes.

Iwantspeed... the skinnier steering coupler might be easier. But the thick one you have there should work fine if you loosen the upper spline and wiggle it up a hair.

Bump anybody to weigh in on this? I think this is a problem in my e30.

Lots of slop/play at center and it take a while to 'load up' the wheels going into a turn.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

if you have an ix, it's probably the steering U joint, not this flex disc.
