I'd suggest parting them out, sell the inner and outer barrels and chalk the rest up to artwork on the wall.

The seller [1badg35] he's actively selling on vwvortex.com. What was his response to your questions back in January?

            Did you leave a feedback?

            studio.delucav@gmail.com that's his email.

I don't see how it's your fault for using stock lug bolts, since that what he's using in his for sale thread.

All I did was mount them, and torqued them down with a breaker bar, and i tried to put center caps on but it wouldn't fit.

As I said previous is there a plastic or metal hubcentric ring in there that's actually the messed up part? It's hard to tell from the pic

When I bought the wheels he told me he welded on some hub rings, but after this happened I talk to him about it and he said there wasn't.

With a breaker bar? Maybe the fill and drill process weakened the metal, then you warped it with the breaker bar. What torque did you put the lug nuts at?

if they were so weak that you were able to deform them by overtorquing the bolts, they were going to fail anyway. at least he didn't drive on them and find out the hard way!

Look at the holes, they aren't even round. they're way fucked up. redrilling is always iffy but those are definitely done wrong...
