I made a mistake....my wheels are actually 17x7.5 et42. Would 20mm spacers still work? What size tires should I run? I really want to avoid rolling and want to keep the stock wheel diameter.

i have an 89 325i. i picked up 15x7 ix weaves. i was thinking of running 20mm spacers all around. my fenders are already rolled. my question to you is; what size tire would be better with this set up? 205 50 15, or a streched 195 50 15.

        im on bilstein sport suspension

          Thanks!

I'm looking for widest tire on an early(86) 325e sedan(large arch) with 16x8 et20 and 5mm spacers or any size spacer that brings me biggest tire fitment, I have no problem on rolling or pulling fenders.

On suspension it has billy sports with H&R 1.5 drop front and 1.3 back...

              Wheel Specs:
              front. 17 x 8.5" et56
              rear. 17 x 9.5" et56

I will be running adapters as well.
Will be going on an 87 metal bumper e30.

Plan on rolling fenders, what size adapters will I need?

I just purchased a set of style 5's (were re-drilled to 4x100) 16x8 et23 all around, with 3mm spacers in the front (barely rubbing caliper, might to shave a bit off)

What tires would you recommend? 205/45-16? 215? 225? Fender rolling/pulling will be done if I have to.

Im wondering for my setup if using those 20mm 4x100 to 5x120 adapters will work to put these on an early body, or is there 15mm adapters available to convert 4 to 5 I only found the 20mm ones? its only temporarily and im running stock suspension but will lower later and maybe convert to five lug but if this works and can be lowered to help it, I might not do the 5 lug conversion just the adapters and the drop then. will 17x8.5 ET41 or 17x8.5 ET13 work in the front and 17x10 ET15 work in the rear? if fender rolling has to happen Ill do it which im assuming. also if I cant get the 17x10s I was just gonna run 17x8.5 all around what would be needed to do that also? what size tire to run, the stretched look is fine with me aswell, what ever is takes to stuff these under there as long as they look good. oh and if just do the five lug in the back then Im assuming since that 20mm adapter wouldnt be there, that would give me 20mm to work with in the back, would that help to put those 17x10s in the rear? thanks

I am looking to run DS1 17x7.5 wheels (et40?) with 20mm adapters on my 91 vert. Would this work without fender rolling? If so what size tires would be necessary? Not a huge fan of stretched tires, so I don't mind rolling if I have to.

                    Thanks

That said, those are track tires, yes? If not, that would defeat the purpose.
They'll fit, but I know zero about those tires.

                        Thanks!
With 225s, there isn't much space left. Any more than a 3mm in the rear will need fender rolling. If you're willing to roll heavily, 10mm is possible.

                          i want them streched.
the wheels are going to be 15" and 8" wide.
anybody know the best tire to use? i dont want much of a strech just so you can notice it
                          205/50 is fine

Nope, they won't even be close to the fenders. You could run a 225/45 without issue.

                              thanks
Depends what your priorities are. If you want even tire fitment, then yeah go staggered. If you want neutral handling, 225s x4.
