ASK ALL WHEEL/TIRE FITMENT QUESTIONS HERE - The Official Wheel/Tire Fitment Thread
I'm pretty sure the front will be fine but will there be any rubbing issues in the rear??

I would like added the added performance that wheels farther out would provide, but I think it can look silly sometimes.
I am not against the idea of rolling my fenders at all; in fact, i saw a set of rolled fenders where the crease/bevel was taken out and the fenders were allowed to flare out to a paper-like edge...does that make sense? I thought it looked pretty good.
I'm having trouble finding 25 mm spacers for a decent price, but I found a pair of hub-centric 20 mm for 60.
can you suggest good cheap brands/retailers, or is any spacer pretty much as good as the next?
Stick to 20mm front 15mm rear then. As long as the spacer is machined properly, has a hubcentric lip set at 57mm....you're good.

It will probably bolt up but won't look that great (fronts will be far sunken in). 15mm front spacers will solve that. You can use 205/45/17 F 235/40/17 R.

So I have a 5 lug swapped car: E36M3 front, 318ti rear. Wheel wells have been rolled and slightly pulled. Currently: Wheel specs are Bbs RS 262 front (17x8 et 35 with 215/40/17) and Bbs RS 263 rear (17x9 et 35 with 235/40/17). Rears are slightly tucked and only rub on big bumps under acceleration.
Want a good autoX setup, preferably something shorter to gain back gearing (even though I have an S52....) and so the car will sit lower. Thinking 8s all around would be fine, because I am not sure if 9s will work up front. Need 16s or 17s (preferably 16s...) Suggestions? Would like to stick with Hankook RS3s or Star Specs....
225s min up front also.... would prefer not staggered...

Can you tell me why you suggested bolt on spacers? Is it because the thick ones need it?
and if you think the 25/20 would look good without being "stanced" (am i using that right?) or too flush, i'm good with it. i'd flare my fenders for it if it will handle better. why did you change your opinion to 20/15 based on what i said?
thanks for the advice.

Im on ie3 springs with konis.
Do I need any fender work ie rolling/pulling?
I have euroweaves(15x7 et 24) on right now.
What size tires would best for this setup?
just picked up a set of porsche design 90's for my e30
16's x 7.5 +65
16's x 9 + 52
i was wondering if you could give me some recommendations on adaptor thickness..
my car is an 86 325 es..
im aiming for a flush look in the front, & some nice poke for the rear..
ecstuning has some 25mm & 35mm H&R adaptors available
i also heard good things about adaptec Speedware..
i was thinking about running 35mm's up front
and 25mm's in the rears..
what you think?
heres a picture of my car [/QUOTE]
i want my wheels to look just like this....
from this picture i think i might have to run 35mm adaptors all around?
as for tires i plan to use
205/40/16 up front
215/40/16 in the rears..
i actually havent gotten suspension but
i plan to order some ground control coilovers ass soon as i get the chance..i just need to figure out what spring rates will work best for my car..

1990 325i on H&R sports, Bilstein sports.
I've purchased a set of BBS RZ378 - 15x7 et 20
I'm planning on buying a set of Falken ziex ze-912 in 225/50/15.
Just wanted to verify this will fit without rubbing, I don't want to roll the fenders. Are the 912s a better tire than the 512s? - Looking for a good all-season tire for my daily driver, will see a decent amount of rain and only vry rare snow. Thanks for the help.

You'll have to go with 17s for tire selection. Something close to 17x8.5 +40 all around will take a 235/40. May need a 3mm front spacer depending on what front suspension you're using.
