Searched thru a bunch of pages in this thread- pretty sure the answer is "YES", but before I pull the trigger:
Looking to pick up a nearly-new set of TRM-C1's from another forum member who is going to bigger brakes that won't fit under 15's:
TRM-C1
15x8 ET20
Car is a '90 325i with Bilstein Sports and H&R Sport Springs. Will these wheels work with 205/50 or 205/55 without rolling lips or spacers? Appears that they will. Planning on adding IE sways in the future.
Thanks

Okay I never ever bought wheels for any of my cars. Always used the stock ones. I have 1991 318is and the wheel fitment is 14x6.5", ET30. Looking to get a pair after its paintjob but I just know nothing about besides the name is called BBS RS style.
-Yes I know please excuse my noobieness
What do I need to know If I want to get some BBS RS style rims like these regarding fitment/spacers or anything relevant..Comment

I am looking at a set of rims which come in a small variation of sizes, They are offered in:
15x8 et0
15x8 et20
16x8 et0
16x8 et20
I am pretty set on doing a staggered setup (in terms of offsets), I am just unsure of whether to run 15's or 16's. I have seen both sizes run on different cars and Some seem too small, some too large, and others just right. For visual aids, they are xxr 532's (yes yes buy something else, yada yada yada). I feel like they might look a little better with a chunkier tire, but I'm not sure exactly how chunky Im willing to go exactly. Opinions?
P.S. I am maxed out on Racelands. Car is low but nothing too crazyComment

OK, so I just did some simple math and I am pretty set on 16's. My fender sits about 23.75 inches off the ground. With a 16 inch rim, that leaves me room for about a 4 inch tire profile all around (with a decent stretch and a correct profile i can pull it off). also, since i am maxed out, i would rather have to raise it a tad than have to lower it and not be able to. lol, with that being said... tire suggestions for 16x8 et20 and et0?Comment

205/45/16 will fit for sure without rolling. I'm thinking anything wider/taller will require a roll.Comment

Thinking about getting a set of wheels 16x7.5 with +20 offset all around, anyway I can run 225 or 215 all around? Or what are your suggestions? Currently sitting on JOM, rear maxed outLast edited by alpineII_dirty; 02-26-2013, 09:24 PM.Comment

I have a set of 4 Borbet A's 16x9 ET15 that require some fresh rubber. What would be my best option for driving around on NJ's shitty roads? Appreciate your expertise.Comment
