i searched this thread for 15x8 et13 and noticed differing responses. I have a late model on HR sport w billies. i do carry 4 adults often. Can i run a 205/55/15? will i need to do any fender work? thanks in advance for your help.. that rim setup site you mentioned says it'll clear the stuts but sticks out 1.1inches more.. gotta check fender clearance...

    Thanks
    Now with 2.7i power!!!

No, that will rub. Even with a 205/50(recommended) you will need to roll the rear fenders slightly.

I'm looking to get Salad shooters, I know I need adapter obviously. Would these get the job done?

I was also wondering if I would need to roll the fenders... do you think 205/40/16s would give it a clean stretched look?

Your Adapter is Wrong lug pattern corvett bolt pattern is 5x120.7 a 4x100-->5x120.7 or 5x120 will work and i know if you have the 10 inch wide wheels you need at least 35mm adapter in front. my

                  fitment of my wheel question:
My Car: 91 318is, bilstien sports and h&R Sport suspension with stock everything else and no rolled fenders.
My Wheels: I have a set of 4 stock BBS RS 026s that im refinishing and rebuilding.
current wheel specs all 4: 16x10 et36 (2.5" wide lip 0.5" face 7" barrel). One lip was damaged beyond repair so im taking the opportunity to re-size wheels.

                  My parts: 2x 1.5" lips and 2x 6" barrels.

My question/ and requested opinion: With all these parts on hand i have 2 choices in wheel size to build.
Option 1: 9"wide set all around with staggered lips, front would be 16x9 ~et48-50 and rear 16x9 ~et24-26.
Option 2: staggered set with staggered lips 16x8 Front and 16x10 rear both firm et36 offset
Which option would you put on e30, keep in mind i must buy adapters no five lug swap?
which option would have least fitment issues, and can i run a 225 or 215 tire on 10" rear?
can a 9"wide et48-50 wheel even fit in front and what size spacer without to much poke

My goal: is to fit as flush as possible with least amount of camber and most amount of tire, i live in NYC. I will roll fenders if necessary
                  Thanks in Advance!

225/40, 235/35, 245/35. All fit front and rear, stagger them if you like.

For 255/35 rears you will need to roll the fenders.

I'd go for option 2. 25mm front adapters, 18mm rears. 205/45 front 225/40 rear. Rear fender roll.

Thanks jay, i think i will try the 225/40 and 245/35.

Can i ask for Another question ?
I have oz mito type ii parts :
                            - 4 pcs oz mito ii center (spec on the wheels 19x8.5 et.13)
                            - 2 pcs 18x1.5in lip
(need to find 2 lip and 4 barrel)

Plan to build that parts to become 18x8in front and 18x9.5in rear. The spec will be:
                            - front: lip 1.5in + barrel 6.5in (offset 32?)
                            - rear: lip 2in + barrel 7.5in (offset 38?)
                            About the offset please cmiiw..
Is this ok for both e36 and e34 ? (if you have other opinion for the lip and barrel combination pls let me know). And what the tire size combination for e36 and e34?
                            Thank you.

I hate to ask another question that I'm sure has been answered a million times already...I started going cross eyed around page 105 of this thread and the search didn't help all that much.

Looking at 15x8 ET25 Enkei 92s. I know 205/50s fit with a 3mm front spacer and the rears are no problem. I really want to run 225/50s all around. I am blessed with big arches on my 87 so I know that helps a little. What exactly would I need to do to pull this off?

                              Big thumbs up, thanks!

I was looking at a set of wheels that are 16x7+45 and 5x114.3. I've got a late model 325i on h&r sports and bilstein sports. I was thinking to run either 20 or 25mm adapters with either 205 or 215 and a 40 or 45 tire?. Would this setup work, rub, and/or require the any fender rolling? I was looking at the high offset so I can get kind of close...-ish to the stock offset when paired with adapters. But you'd know more than I would if that's a good idea or not.

                                Thanks a lot!
