Cam, OS valves, porting, headers, lucas injectors (not more lbs but better pattern, like the RCs) some other stuff.

I did compare OE 173 software to the custom software to Millers' before I hauled off and installed it.

The AFM this replaced was about 6 months and 1000 miles old. Everything on this engine is pretty much 100% fresh.

Right off the bat, definite improvement. Smoother idle and no bounce when the throttle gets "tapped" in overall drive-ability there is a very noticeable improvement in throttle response and the subjective ass dyno tells me that it's gained some torque and a wider power band.
post dyno sheets or it's all BS.

Motronic 1.3 still has nothing for AE, your throttle response will never match anything with a modern ECU.

I agreee with this, BUT...it may be worth it to some peeeps..like me

just to ditch the AFM, ive been through 3 used ones and im starting to hate them

I dont really care about the increased HP, just that the old AFM is going and ive got a more relaible MAF

Having come to the realization of who liam is I dont think he cares all that much. For the simple fact that this costs less than a reman afm this is good info anyway.

I would like to see a dyno sheet myself though so if you get the chance please post them.

Hmmm, don't really know how to respond to this, other than to say... Nevermind.

why are you guys hating on Liam? or calling him a liar? as far as i can tell, the guy said he was gonna buy the kit and experiment with it, and MAYBE run a dyno. so far within a week of this promise, he did just that. im sure if you're willing to pay for dyno time liam will make his paypal available...

the truth is dyno time costs money, did you dyno all the parts you bought individually to validate internet hearsay? i think not.

so unless there is something im missing, liam has always been really helpful and most importantly, really knowledgeable in his replies on the forum. treating him this way is a quick way to scare off the contributing people on this forum and be left with a bunch of douche bags.

Yeah. Liam is not THAT bad a guy, never TOO boastful, and does not create a ruckus around here. Mebe he just acts like someone else. If he were that guy, do you think he would have gone and bought that conversion kit? Nope, he would have said he ordered it, but had to refuse shipment, and send it back due to spilling coffee on the box, or, not being able to find the technical diagrams to open said package.

Niether would get a fair shake anyway but... it's confirmed... he is that same guy... no doubt about it...

based on what proof? i think he deserves the benefit of the doubt? unless he starts being a douche or giving out false info, i dont see a problem.
